The completely renovated in 2015, Triada Restaurant is a nice and cozy place with excellent cuisine and service. Our customers choose to come to our restaurant because we do not compromise with the quality of the food and drinks we offer at affordable prices.
The restaurant has 120 seats, separated into a large main hall and an additional hall adjecent to the restaurant along with a renovated outdoor terrace with another 30 seats, which can be partly covered. This allows the terrace to be used all year round nomatter the weather conditions. The restaurant offers a refined menu with salads, hot and cold starters, various main dishes, desserts and a wide selection of drinks. Our team follows all the trends for healthy and delicious food and we also prepare special menus on request (for vegans, athletes, etc.).

Russian Evening with “GRAMOPHONE”
One of our most popular events for fan of Russian music in Sofia! For 8 years the band Gramophone has been playing favorite and unforgettable songs twice a month in Hotel Triada providing lots of fun and a great mood to all our guests.
Our Chef prepares a special selection of typical Russian dishesh along with the ala carte menu of the restaurant which you can order on spot! An entrance fee applies – 10 leva per person. (Children up to 16 years old are free of charge)

Lobby Bar
The Lobby bar is located in the hotel lobby, one level under the reception area at the entrance of restaurant Triada and in close proximity to the two meeting rooms. It is perfect for organizing your short business meeting or to enjoy your favorite drink before dinner.
The Lobby bar offers diverse alcoholic and soft drinks, coffee and tea. Have a quick bite with our club sandwiches or sample our dessert of the day.
